After clients agree to the quote provided by Avalla. The construction company goes to work and execute the instructions provided by the client. Avalla is able to either purchase or use materials provided by the clientt. The main idea is to built the project keeping costs at its lowest..

Management

During the whole cycle, Avalla makes sure management and all parties keep open communication. A weekly report is provided by the contractor to make sure all instructions are being followed. Weekly inspections are key to the success of every project.

Established in January 1986 under Galileo Masonry Ltd., Avalla Construction specializes in Masonry by building Banks, Schools, airports, Malls, and multiple units in the Greater Toronto Toronto Area (GTA). In 2013 Avalla Construction started exploring the Maritimes by building hotels in St John's Newfoundland and Labrador. From building hotels, it branched out into masonry activities (bricks and blocks) for Banks, Airport, Schools, and Malls in Newfoundland. Prior and after Covid-19, Avalla continued its work by constructing buildings in the GTA and Newfoundland.

Avalla has consistently performed at the highest level. Its president's leadership, extensive experience, and knowledge in Masonry have allowed Mr. Fernando Gonçalves and Avalla to build many landmark buildings in Portugal, from Porto to the Algarve. Avalla Construction is everywhere. Fernando is a reputable and recognized builder in Europe and North America.
